I’ve never been someone who particularly enjoys exercising in and of itself. Sure, I’ve found activities that I’ve enjoyed that just so happen to also provide exercise (I’ve always loved dancing, for instance), but I’m definitely not some sort of fitness guru by any means! Now before you all start saying I’m a crazy person, let’s just take a minute. Hear me out! Obviously we all know that periods have a lot of unfortunate parts to them. Believe me, I would know! I’m the girl who’s cramps are sometimes so painful that they make me nauseous. And they were even worse when I was a teenager before I began birth control pills.
