Hello! It’s been a crazy few weeks – we have been busy creating amazing things for our new membership site: The Society – invaluable resources & community for driven women with big dreams. I cannot even begin to explain how amped up we are about this. With 5 girls building their best content and getting super fired up, this is just beyond. It’s high vibe. It’s diverse. It’s educational. It’s inspiring.

It’s fucking exciting.

I bet you’ve probably heard something along the lines of “you shouldn’t use medication for anxiety or depression” at some point in your life. There’s such a stigma behind all things related to mental illness, but particularly when it comes to medication. Why is that, do you think? I don’t know about you, but I’m sick of hearing stuff like that, because medication to treat mental illness can literally save someone’s life.

Before you start thinking that I’m pushing medication on people,

Happy 4th of July! Hope you are all going to take some time today to hang out with friends and drink a well deserved spritz (just maybe sans flag print apparel and plz keep your pups inside – psa over). Okay, so I’ve been off the radar for a little while. A long while. I missed you guys! I didn’t mean to disappear for such a long time, but the last few months were a big learning experience and I’m excited to share everything with you.

Toxic relationships. We’ve all been there at one point or another. The lies, the cheating, the manipulation – unfortunately these are all things we’re all far too familiar with. Forgiveness. We’ve all heard the word before, but do we truly understand the meaning of it? Do we really know how to forgive in a way that’s healthy for us? What are we supposed to do when someone has hurt us in a way that feels unforgivable and won’t apologize? How do we navigate the difficult times when forgiveness seems completely out of the question. And finally, do we truly understand the impact that choosing not to forgive can have on our own well-being?

So, this is a difficult thing for me to write about, as it’s an incredibly personal struggle that I’ve just recently been able to overcome. It’s something I struggled with for a long time, completely alone and in silence. It’s not something that’s easy for me to talk about, but it’s an incredibly stigmatized topic that needs someone to shine light on it. So that’s what I’m here to do today.

What is vaginismus?

Have you ever had to question what “friendship” means to you? Are you tired of not really knowing who your real friends are? Do you want to know how to build strong, beautiful friendships that will last for years to come? If you’ve answered “yes” to any of these questions, then you’re in the right place!

I’ve never been someone who particularly enjoys exercising in and of itself. Sure, I’ve found activities that I’ve enjoyed that just so happen to also provide exercise (I’ve always loved dancing, for instance), but I’m definitely not some sort of fitness guru by any means! My journey with fitness has been a struggle, particularly in the last year or so. I’ve struggled to stay consistent with anything I was doing, which resulted in not getting desirable results.

It’s pretty easy to get caught up in today’s problems and tomorrow’s anxieties. I mean, it’s pretty hard not to get stressed out. Bills keep coming up (annoying AF how they keep doing that like…every month), relationships have ups and downs, your job gets overwhelming, your dog pees on your bed (I’m looking at you, sausage dog – life gets stressful. But how often do you look back at your old goals, hopes,

Ah, relationships and love. The topic on so many people’s minds from the time we’re old enough to have our first crushes (how old were you when that happened, btw? I feel like everyone’s is different and I’m curious to hear your answers!). We all experience romantic connection at some point or another, some of us with multiple people throughout our lives. But how do you know if your relationship is a healthy one that can withstand the test of time?
