Whoa, hello there friends! It’s been a hot minute since I’ve written a post on here! Thanks for being patient with me while I worked out the logistics of balancing my life. I’m now back at school and although my workload is heavy I do actually have more free time to spend on writing stellar content, so that’s what I’m here to do!

HI! It’s Erin.

I’m super fired up today. Get ready for some major realness / epiphanies / stuff that will maaaybe change your life.

Okay, so the past few months have been massively transformational for me. Not easy, holy shit not easy at ALL. It wasn’t what I expected, but I’ll talk about that specific part in the future. Happy Monday! As you settle down for the start to a fresh week (perhaps with an extra cup of coffee), let’s reflect on how we spend our weekday lunch breaks. Ever find that between emails and that written to-do list that you’re not exactly sure what you’re supposed to be working on?

Yep, me too, until I found a central place to keep it all.

Literally- all.

My podcast. My blogs. Things my VAs are working on. Email newsletters. Graphic design work. It’s all in one beautiful (and free!) place. So allow me to blow your mind today and be prepared to rip that paper to-do list up once and for all.

Whether you are starting a side hustle or planning to launch out of a traditional career into a more non-traditional one as a blogger or other online business owner, your family members may not understand what you are doing.

Out of concern, they may deflate your excited bubble over launching your own business.

Discovering that you cannot do #allthethings in your business is an important milestone. First of all, it’s okay to accept that you can’t do it all (sorry to tell you, but we’re all human!)

Why Outsourcing?

If you don’t realize that you need to outsource, you’re headed straight for my least favorite roadtrip down Burnout Boulevard. You’ll start missing deadlines, feeling frazzled, and making mistakes.

Do you ever have one of those moments where it feels like work is your whole life? As in: you haven’t attended any non blog related social events in months, you talk to more people on Instagram and in blog comment sections than you do in real life, and you have to tear the phone out of your own hands so you stop building your Pinterest boards at 1am? Today, while hanging out in my favorite blog &
