Forgiveness. We’ve all heard the word before, but do we truly understand the meaning of it? Do we really know how to forgive in a way that’s healthy for us? What are we supposed to do when someone has hurt us in a way that feels unforgivable and won’t apologize? How do we navigate the difficult times when forgiveness seems completely out of the question. And finally, do we truly understand the impact that choosing not to forgive can have on our own well-being?

Who else is so excited that summer is HERE?

We get to enjoy sunlit outdoors until 9pm, wear our bright colored dresses, lounge by the water, decorate our homes with flower bunches, and get more involved with community activities and events. Summer evening get-togethers become the new norm, we suddenly eat a lot healthier, and restaurants are chosen for their patio aesthetics. The kids are out of school and everyone’s itching to make the most of this favorite season!

It’s pretty easy to get caught up in today’s problems and tomorrow’s anxieties. I mean, it’s pretty hard not to get stressed out. Bills keep coming up (annoying AF how they keep doing that like…every month), relationships have ups and downs, your job gets overwhelming, your dog pees on your bed (I’m looking at you, sausage dog – life gets stressful. But how often do you look back at your old goals, hopes,

Ah, relationships and love. The topic on so many people’s minds from the time we’re old enough to have our first crushes (how old were you when that happened, btw? I feel like everyone’s is different and I’m curious to hear your answers!). We all experience romantic connection at some point or another, some of us with multiple people throughout our lives. Staying with our theme of kick-ass confidence, let’s cross a whole ‘nother line and talk frankly about a subject that’s a little taboo: Botox, injectables, and beauty that hurts like a bitch. I’m not one to sugarcoat things, so I’m pretty open about my love for a little medi-spa help here and there, but I’ve found that I get a lot of backlash because of the business that I run. For some reason, people tend to think that because I preach self love,

Ok, this is going to be a fun week. After recent more intense subjects, I’m pretty ready for a week of fun, uplifting, super girly and maybe slightly taboo/crazy blog posts. The theme of this week is all about kick-ass confidence; we’re going to talk feeling sexy & empowered, rocking body confidence, getting real on botox and sticking needles in your face, and how to find your ‘thing’. Obviously, I want to start off with a bang,

Today, all across the globe (literally, the GLOBE, so crazy!) over a million women, men, children, and just generally awesome people marched together to deliver a peaceful, impactful, and empowering message. The photos of the seas of hot pink pussy cat hats and creative signage are enough to get you inspired, but the feeling on the ground was electric. This was a shining example of why I truly believe that together, we can accomplish anything.

Building a life you love isn’t just one thing. Usually, it’s finding a career you’re seriously passionate about, figuring out how to make enough money to do everything that you want to do without stressing over finances, finding someone you love to share your life with, surrounding yourself with awesome friends that support you, and having the time, money, and means to do all the things you like to do. When you put it down on paper like that,
